Delivery Information

At Loud IMC, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following details about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India. If your location is serviceable, you will be able to place an order at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: Typically 2–4 business days.

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery estimates may be affected during peak seasons, flash sales, public holidays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), a nominal COD fee may be applied and will be visible at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment status via the courier’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.

7. Delays or Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, certain delays may occur due to high demand, regional restrictions, or courier service disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@loudimc.com and we will assist you promptly.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before the flash sale ends. Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
